Combination of work from home & onsite at Quezon City

    JOB SUMMARY:

    Create modules and develops curriculum

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Conduct employee orientation for new employees and refresher and upskill training for old internal and external employees
    • Conduct Training Needs Analysis
    • Draft instructional manuals, on-boarding materials, and other relevant documents
    • Work hand in hand with HRAD team for the events of the company

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Applicants preferably a Social Science (Psychology) or Mass Communication, Marketing, or Humanities graduate.
    • Demonstrable experience as a Training Officer with experience in creating modules from elevating training courses to the next level
    • With at least 1-2 years’ experience as a Training Officer
    • Experience in Technical and Foundation Skills Training
    • Experience in curriculum development and learning management systems
    • Experience in focus group discussions and customizing training programs
    • Thorough understanding of contemporary HR and business procedures
    • Flexible and can work with minimal supervision
