SFI Human Resources Consultancy Inc., or BusinessTrends (“SFIHRCI”, “BTI”, “We”, or “Us”), respects your confidentiality and is committed to protect your personal information. We guarantee that your personal data is protected in compliance with Republic Act 10173, otherwise known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012, implemented by the National Privacy Commission of the Philippine Government.

WHAT WE ACCUMULATE 

In your application onsite or website, we collect personal information directly or from third parties/clients. This information may include but is not limited to the following: Name, Position, Marital Status, Age, Date of Birth, Government-Issued Identification Card/Numbers, Home Address, Office or Business Address, E-mail Address, Telephone Number, Photograph, Biometrics, Educational Background, Work Experience, Medical Records and Bank Information.

In a service agreement with BusinessTrends, your personal data as an applicant, service provider, and/or partner will be processed to establish, execute, and/or terminate a contract. Prior to a contract and/or during the contract initiation phase, personal data will be processed to prepare proposals, purchase orders, or to fulfill other requests of the prospects, partners, and service providers that relate to the contract. In these cases, information such as name, contact number, position, and physical and email address, will be gathered.

We may also employ the services of third parties in our business and may also receive personal information gathered by third-party partners in the course of the performance of their services for us. In these instances, we will take judicious steps to ensure that such third parties have represented us and have the right to disclose your personal information to us.

Where permitted or required by applicable law or regulatory requirements, we may also collect information about you without your knowledge or consent.

Through this information, we can grant or accommodate your requests for registrations, appropriate internal units for action and response, and updates and advisories.

SFI Human Resources Consultancy Inc. or BusinessTrends uses website analytics, a third-party service to analyze the web traffic data. Related site pages may collect cookies. Data gathered is not shared with any other party. Only non-identifiable web traffic data are analyzed, including:

• The search terms you used
• The pages and internal links accessed on our site
• The date and time you visited the site
• Geolocation
• The referring site or platform (if any) through which you clicked through to this site
• Your operating system

PROTECTION MEASURES

Only authorized SFI Human Resources Consultancy Inc. or BusinessTrends personnel has access to the personal information, the exchange of which will be facilitated only in our office network. They will be stored in our database after which, if no consent or new registrations for future events in our company were made from your end, we shall dispose of your information through shredding (for physical copies), while digital files shall be anonymized.
