He started as a working student in 1994 as Messenger/Collector. Through his perseverance to climb the ladder of success, he was promoted as admin staff and recruiter in a reputable recruitment firm, which brought him to where he is right now, the Director for Professional and Technical Group.

Being the Director of the Professional and Technical Department, Noel is responsible for building and leading a team of experienced recruiters to help the company achieve its annual placement targets.  With his leadership, extensive experience, and knowledge, his team was able to continuously source and place high-caliber candidates for our clients.
