LOCATION:

Cebu City (some days report to office, some days work from home)

    JOB SUMMARY:

    Review time sheets, wage computation and other information to direct and reconcile payroll discrepancies.

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Verify attendance, hours worked, and pay adjustments, and post info onto designated records and enter data into payroll system.
    • Posting of Overtime, regular days and hours worked and total of late & under time.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Graduate of any Accounting related course preferably Accountancy, Mgt Accounting, BSBA or Finance Management.
    • At least 1-2 years’ experience in Payroll Management.
    • Preferably with knowledge in SAP Accounting System
    • Can work under pressure with less supervision.
    • Amenable to work on a hybrid set-up (some days to report to office, some days work from home)
