    JOB SUMMARY:

    Perform administrative duties and effectively assists the Property Manager with daily property operations

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Maintenance of professional, service- oriented relationship with homeowners, service providers and other employees
    • Timely response to customer concerns and processing of requests
    • Coordination of reservation for the clubhouse and other amenities
    • Issuance of bills, letters or notices to homeowners or service providers
    • Effectively assists the Property Manager with daily property operations
    • Filing of housing loan application
    • Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , any field.
    • Applicants must be willing to work in Circuit, Makati
    • No work experience required.
