    JOB SUMMARY:

    The role is to assist in APAC recruitment activities. This will secure top talent in the assigned region or geography. This position will manage end to end recruitment and provide strong support to the existing recruitment team in hiring across different levels including entry level, experienced technical and non-technical professionals, support staff, and management roles. This will be responsible for managing accurate and concise records and reports concerning all phases of the recruitment process, including Equal Employment Opportunity statistics, and diversity hiring.

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Act as a global subject matter expert for the recruitment administration team to identify and address key challenges around providing the best candidate experience

    · Proactively communicate, coordinate and close with candidates, recruiters, and stakeholders around campus recruitment activities related to progress around interview scheduling, offers, pre-employment checks, and new hire onboarding process
    · Partners and assists with the global talent acquisition group to create and implement comprehensive, innovative and cost-effective recruiting activities
    · Proactively maintains accurate, comprehensive research and competitive intelligence as it relates to the company’s talent needs and sharing the knowledge with the broader talent sourcing team & HR teams
    · Identifies core competencies and technical competencies that drive success, conduct behavioral interviews as needed using behavioral-based competency talent selection methods
    · Develop end to end recruitment strategies and set expectations around processes and timelines
    · Understanding of technical and staff positions
    · Establishes strategic partnerships with managers and department leaders to understand position needs and act as an ongoing candidate relationship manager.
    · Provides value-added recruiting-related advice for talent decisions for managers and department leaders.
    · Partners with cross-disciplinary teams to develop companywide hiring plans that include volume, skills sets, and geography.
    · Schedules interviews, prepares and negotiates, and extends offers to candidates.
    · Ensures all candidate data is entered in the recruitment system in accordance with the regional business control & compliance process (background check, etc.)

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
    • 2-5 years of related talent acquisition experience in a technical or corporate environment required.
    • Excellent knowledge of full lifecycle recruiting components including, but not limited to talent sourcing, assessing, scheduling, applicant tracking, closing offer processes and relationship management.
    • Ability to launch and sustain talent pipelining programs through capturing key sourcing intelligence, effectively converting passive candidates and utilizing diverse sourcing channels.
    • Ability to use e-recruitment and web technologies to support Talent Selection including, but not limited to applicant tracking systems, CRM technologies, social and digital media
    • Must be open for a project employment 
    • Must be amenable to work from home (use personal laptop) but if situation allows, will be asked to report to BGC office 
    • Must be willing to render normal working hours but needs flexibility for mid-shift until evening (not beyond 10 pm)
