Duties and Responsibilities
- Administration of manpower sourcing, selection, recruitment, transfer and/or resignation, and termination process which include but are not limited to:
- Proactive sourcing of candidates through the existing sourcing channels (i.e. online job portals, job fairs, manpower providers, referrals, etc.)
- Handling the screening and selection of candidates from the initial interview to the administration of pre-employment requirements
- Preparation and discussion of employment contracts and job offers with considered candidates
- Communicating to the concerned group the onboarding details of newly hired employees
- Preparation and updating of manpower-related reports and analyses
- Function as the point person with the Manpower Service Providers
- Processing of billings and other financial transactions needed by the team
- Maintain good working relationships with internal and external business partners
- Handling of Talent Acquisition-related inquiries and concerns
- Participation in any process improvements and system enhancements/developments concerning the core responsibilities of the team
- Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude and ensure the reception area is maintained in an orderly fashion
- Answers incoming calls, either directly to reception or redirected from the phone system
- Ensures that unauthorized individuals are not granted access to buildings
- Assist with various administrative tasks, such as copying, faxing, and taking notes
Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time by his/her immediate superior and the Management, in general, which are necessary for the accomplishment of his/her core work and other project deliverables
Qualifications
- Degree in Psychology or HRDM
- Fresh grad is welcome to apply
- Must have recruitment ojt background
- Familiar in Canva or Adobe
- Familiar in sourcing methods
