Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provides centralized human resource services, on Philippines’ government-mandated benefits such as SSS, EC, Phil health, and Pag-big; local benefits programs, and benefit invoice management.
  • Ensures the timely facilitation and processing of employees’ applications for government loans and all other APAC government-mandated benefits.
  • Prepares monthly statutory reports. Ensures accurate and timely posting of messages to government offices
  • Coordinates with Payroll on remittances/reimbursements from different government agencies.
  • Handles benefit-related invoice management, such as but not limited to coordination with Vendors and Finance, preparation of invoices, and consolidation of reports.
  • Manages the application, release, and deactivation of Shell Fleet Cards of eligible employees.

• Establishes standards and procedures for handling employee questions, transactions, and administration of human resource programs relating to government-mandated benefits and local benefit programs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HRDM or any related course
  • 2-3 years of HR Benefits experience
  • Proven ability to solve problems creatively
