LOCATION:

Hybrid Set-up (Work from home & Report to Makati office)

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Achieve the revenue and GP target
    • Build strategic relationships with relevant vendors’ staff and senior management team.
    • Co-visit with the partners’ sales representative to sell the solution to the end-users and able to articulate the technical aspects
    • Develop and manage end users
    • Identify and develop new channel accounts
    • Provide exceptional customer service and strive to exceed customer expectations in accordance to the Service Level Agreement.
    • Implement a successful pipeline management program through building and monitoring sales pipelines to ensure continuous fulfillment of these sales enquiries; analyzes overall win rates and win/loss ratios.
    • Manage partner’s performance through monthly and quarterly reviews.
    • Manage the partner incentive programs.
    • Analyse and forecast sales and business activities on a regularly basis.

      QUALIFICATIONS:

      • Possess at least a tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science or any other related discipline from a recognized institution.
      • Have 3 to 5 years of related working experience in the networking, security or DevOps industry
      • Experience in Application Security or DevOps and Agile processes is strongly preferred.
      • Experience in handling ASEAN territory is preferred
      • Experience in a pre-sales or customer facing technical consulting role is strongly preferred
      • Have effective communication skills both orally and written
      • Possess good interpersonal skills to work well with all level of staff
      • Be meticulous, attention to detail and follow-up
      • Be self-motivated, willing to learn, result-oriented, independent with good attitude
      • Possess go-getter attitude and enjoy working in a fast paced, dynamic industry
