
LOCATION:
Cebu City (some days report to office, some days work from home)
JOB SUMMARY:
Review time sheets, wage computation and other information to direct and reconcile payroll discrepancies.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Verify attendance, hours worked, and pay adjustments, and post info onto designated records and enter data into payroll system.
- Posting of Overtime, regular days and hours worked and total of late & under time.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of any Accounting related course preferably Accountancy, Mgt Accounting, BSBA or Finance Management.
- At least 1-2 years’ experience in Payroll Management.
- Preferably with knowledge in SAP Accounting System
- Can work under pressure with less supervision.
- Amenable to work on a hybrid set-up (some days to report to office, some days work from home)
