DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsibilities:
Identifying new business opportunities and managing existing relationships of clients. This will include: project management, planning, close coordination with international partners, market research, product development, training, sales promotion, conversion of leads into sales (in charge of sales funnel), negotiating & closing deals/sales, building and maintaining relationships
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of Education, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Economics, Marketing or any related course
- Preferably with 2 years’ work experience in sales, training, marketing and/or business development digital programs/platforms preferably in the Education and Labor sector
- With experience of developing and maintaining effective partnerships with institutional clients, or equivalent
- Preferably has an established network within different institutions, particularly the education, government and industry sector
- Preferably has marketing and media experience
- Will handle/deal with international/foreign partners
- With training and teaching experience as trainers/teachers
- Has a background in digital and other technology based platforms specifically in training, assessments and course/curriculum development
- Excellent presentation and client management skills
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office (word, excel, powerpoint) programs
- Results driven, dynamic, enterprising and flexible
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills; proven ability to be flexible in a team-oriented approach with diverse groups of people
- Can relate, deal, and interact with different kinds of people at all levels in the organization
- Can work independently (individual) and interdependently (group)
- Willing to do field work
