JOB SUMMARY:
Perform administrative duties and effectively assists the Property Manager with daily property operations
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintenance of professional, service- oriented relationship with homeowners, service providers and other employees
 - Timely response to customer concerns and processing of requests
 - Coordination of reservation for the clubhouse and other amenities
 - Issuance of bills, letters or notices to homeowners or service providers
 - Effectively assists the Property Manager with daily property operations
 - Filing of housing loan application
 - Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time
 
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , any field.
 - Applicants must be willing to work in Circuit, Makati
 - No work experience required.

 - Schedule: Monday to Friday, dayshift
 - has the option to work from home
