DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- In charge of online sourcing activities;
- Attends and implements different sourcing activities;
- Invites and endorses candidates for HR Interviews
- Monitors recruitment sourcing channels
- Manages content and job postings in the sourcing channels
- Presents regular reports regarding offers, candidates for In-House Accreditation Seminar, and candidate statuses;
- Prepares new sellers’ 201 folders; and
- Performance of other Human Resources related tasks that may be assigned from time to time
Qualifications
-
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources/Psychology/Behavioral Science/Marketing
- Must be FLEXIBLE to execute the tasks
- Must have at least 3 months to 6 months of experience in Sourcing/Recruitment
- Must have a good background with Adobe Photoshop and/or CANVA
- Must have excellent communication skills
- Must be keen on details and organized
- Willing to do field works
