Duties and Responsibilities

  • Preparation and updating of manpower-related reports and analyses
  • Function as the point person with the Manpower Service Providers
  • Processing of billings and other financial transactions needed by the team
  • Maintain good working relationships with internal and external business partners
  • Handling of Talent Acquisition-related inquiries and concerns
  • Participation in any process improvements and system enhancements/developments concerning the core responsibilities of the team
  • Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude and ensure the reception area is maintained in an orderly fashion
  • Answers incoming calls, either directly to the reception or redirected from the phone system
  • Ensures that unauthorized individuals are not granted access to buildings
  • Assist with various administrative tasks, such as copying, faxing, and taking notes

Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time by his/her immediate superior and the Management, in general, which are necessary for the accomplishment of his/her core work and other project deliverables

Qualifications

  • Degree in Psychology or HRDM
  • Fresh grad is welcome to apply
  • Must have recruitment OJT  background
  • Familiar with Canva or Adobe
  • Familiar with sourcing methods
